Cairo Airport Mobile Application

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Cairo Airport mobile application (“the App”), owned and operated by Cairo Airport Company (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The App provides a range of airport services at Cairo International Airport to enhance your travel experience.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the App.
2. Definitions

“App” refers to the Cairo Airport mobile application available on iOS and Android platforms.

“User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual who downloads, accesses, or uses the App.

“Services” refers to all services offered through the App, including but not limited to those listed in Section 3.

“Third-Party Providers” refers to external service providers engaged by the Company to deliver certain services.

“Content” refers to all text, images, logos, graphics, audio recordings, software, and digital materials within the App.
3. Services
The App currently provides the following airport services at Cairo International Airport. Additional services may be introduced in future phases:
3.1 Ahlan Meet & Assist Service
A premium service providing personalized reception, fast-track immigration, luggage handling, and VIP lounge access for arriving, departing, and transit passengers.
3.2 VIP Lounge Access
Access to exclusive airport lounges with amenities including refreshments, snacks, Wi-Fi, television, and comfortable seating areas.
3.3 Limousine & Transportation
Luxury ground transportation services to and from Cairo International Airport, including airport-to-city transfers and inter-terminal transport.
3.4 Additional Services
The App may offer access to additional services such as duty-free shopping, dining reservations, parking management, flight information, and other airport facilities. The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
4. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before using the App.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You acknowledge that you are a natural person and do not hold any diplomatic status. If you hold diplomatic status, you must disclose this information so that appropriate protocols may be applied. Failure to disclose diplomatic status may result in the application of relevant laws and regulations.
5. Bookings & Reservations
5.1 General Booking Terms

All bookings require advance payment unless otherwise stated.

Prices are displayed within the App and include applicable taxes where indicated.

Payment confirmation is required to secure your booking.
-
The Company reserves the right to reject a booking if the maximum capacity for a given flight or service period has been reached.
5.2 Ahlan Service Specific Terms
-
Bookings for the Ahlan Service must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled flight departure.
-
For transit passengers, a double service fee applies. Transit bookings are accepted only when the minimum layover time between flights is four (4) hours, and both flights must depart from the same terminal.

Maximum lounge waiting time is three (3) hours.
-
Departing passengers must arrive at the airport at least two (2) hours before the scheduled departure time.

Up to two (2) children under six (6) years of age are exempt from service fees. Any additional child beyond the second shall be charged the full passenger rate.

Ahlan Service passengers must comply with all regulations issued by the Civil Aviation Authority and other authorities governing passenger movement at Cairo International Airport, including customs, police, airlines, and related entities.
5.3 All Data Responsibility
All information entered by the User during the booking process is the sole responsibility of the User. The Company shall not be held liable for any errors resulting from incorrect data entry by the User.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations, amendments and refunds are governed by the Cairo Airport Mobile Application Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the Refund Policy and this Section, the Refund Policy shall prevail. The Refund Policy is available within the App and at www.cairo-airport.com.

In summary, and subject to the full Refund Policy:

(a) Cancellation and amendment requests must be submitted in writing through the App or our published contact channels.

(b) Where you provide more than 48 hours' notice before the scheduled commencement of service, you are entitled to a full refund of the Fees paid.
-
(c) Where you provide between 24 and 48 hours' notice, 50% of the Fees paid is retained as a cancellation/amendment fee.
-
(d) Where you provide less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to attend (no-show), 100% of the Fees paid is retained and no refund is issued.

(e) Bookings made under a Non-Refundable Rate are not eligible for any refund, regardless of the notice period.

(f) Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable bank charges or third-party fees, and are typically processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days.

(g) The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at the time of service delivery if published rates have changed since the original booking.

7. Payment Terms & Electronic Payment
7.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers (including but not limited to Visa, MasterCard, and Fawry).

The Company does not store your full credit card number or CVV. All payment data is encrypted and processed securely.
7.2 User Acknowledgments
By using the electronic payment services on the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

The credit card used for the transaction is authorized for your personal use, and you bear full personal responsibility for all transactions.

By completing a payment, you consent to Cairo Airport Company and/or its partners disclosing your access data, including personal information, to the issuing bank.

Cairo Airport Company reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment or purchase transaction if suspected fraud or manipulation is detected.
-
You consent to Cairo Airport Company and/or its partners sharing your mobile number, IP address, email address, passport number, and credit card details with authorized payment processors licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Copyright
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, logos, images, graphics, audio recordings, button icons, digital content, downloadable materials, and software, is the exclusive property of Cairo Airport Company and/or its contractors or third-party licensors. All content is protected under Egyptian copyright law and international copyright conventions.
8.2 Trademarks
Cairo Airport and all related marks referenced in the App are registered trademarks of Cairo Airport Company in Egypt. Page headers, button icons, scripts, service names, logos, and trade dress are proprietary trademarks of Cairo Airport Company. Reproduction of these trademarks in any medium without the express written consent of Cairo Airport Company is strictly prohibited.
8.3 Limited License
Cairo Airport Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

Resell or make commercial use of the App or its content.

Download, copy, or extract data for the benefit of third parties.

Use data mining, artificial intelligence, or similar data extraction tools.
-
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the App without express written consent.

Frame the App or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or proprietary information.
-
Use meta tags or hidden text exploiting the Company’s name or trademarks.
Any unauthorized use of the App shall result in the immediate termination of the license granted herein.
9. Third-Party Services
Certain services available through the App (including but not limited to limousine services and lounge access) may be provided by third-party service providers. The Company:

Acts as a facilitator and is not directly responsible for the quality, timeliness, or delivery of third-party services.

Shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or service quality issues attributable to third-party providers.

Requires that all third-party providers adhere to applicable Egyptian laws and regulations.
10. User Conduct & Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful booking details and personal information.
-
Use valid and authorized payment methods.
-
Comply with all applicable airport regulations, civil aviation rules, and Egyptian laws.

Refrain from using the App in any unlawful, fraudulent, or antisocial manner.
-
Not send or transmit any content that is discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or in generally poor taste.

Not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or provide misleading information.
-
Not disrupt, interfere with, or prevent other users from accessing the App or its services.

Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the App.
11. User Communications
Users may submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information provided that such content does not contain unlawful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, privacy-invading, or otherwise objectionable material, and does not contain software viruses or constitute spam or unsolicited commercial communications.
By submitting any content, you grant Cairo Airport Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media now known or hereafter developed. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that your content is accurate and does not violate these Terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
The App and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Cairo Airport Company shall not be held liable for:

Flight delays or cancellations.

Airport security restrictions or operational changes.

Payment gateway failures or processing errors by third-party providers.
-
Viruses or harmful components within the App or internet delivery network.

Any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cairo Airport Company disclaims all liability arising from your use of the App.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cairo Airport Company, its partners, service providers, affiliates, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, or proceedings brought by any third party arising from or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of other users.
14. Modifications to Terms & Services
Cairo Airport Company reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. Your continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Cairo Airport Company may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any service at any time without notice.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.
17. Service Availability & Disclaimer
The Company does not guarantee that the information requested through the App will be available at all times or that the service will be error-free. The App is an internet-based service, and while the Company makes its best efforts to maintain information security, it cannot guarantee that all information transmitted through the App will be secure at all times. The User bears full responsibility for the use of and reliance on information received through the App.
